1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, pre-ordering, or using the pipbip device and its associated software (collectively, the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. pipbip is a product of Esper Deck. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

2. Product Description

pipbip is a pocket-sized field device running a custom headless Android OS with the OpenClaw agent framework. The device includes wideband radio, offline maps, on-device models for specific tasks, and access to 5,000+ agent skills via OpenClaw. pipbip is designed to operate offline and does not require a cloud connection or subscription.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders reserve a unit in the current production batch. Payment is collected at time of pre-order. Estimated shipping for Batch 001 is Q4 2026. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the estimated timeline, you will be notified and may request a full refund.

4. Hardware & Warranty

pipbip devices are sold as-is upon delivery and covered by a 90-day manufacturer warranty from date of delivery. The warranty covers hardware defects under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond rated IP specs, or unauthorized modifications to hardware or firmware.

5. Software & License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pipbip software on your device. You may not:

• — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary components of the software
• — Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
• — Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

OpenClaw skills and community-contributed components are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

6. Third-Party Integrations

pipbip supports third-party integrations including BYOK (bring your own key) for LLM providers, OpenClaw community skills, and optional external services. Esper Deck is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, models, or skills. Your use of third-party integrations is governed by the respective provider's terms. Any API keys or credentials you provide are stored locally on the device and are never transmitted to Esper.

7. Payment & Refunds

All payments are in USD. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Full refund available at any time before your unit ships. After delivery, refunds may be considered within 14 days if the device is returned in original condition. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

8. Data & Privacy

pipbip is designed with privacy by architecture. All data processing happens on-device. No telemetry, analytics, or usage data is transmitted to Esper servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esper Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, including damages arising from third-party integrations, on-device model outputs, or agent skill behavior. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the device.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Product after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
