1. Pre-order & Delivery
pipbip is currently in pre-order. The first batch (Batch 001) is targeted for Q4 2026. All pre-order members will receive progress updates via email as we hit milestones.
2. Shipping Regions
First batch ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Additional regions will be added with subsequent batches. Get in touch for availability in your region.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders reserve your unit in the current production batch. You will be charged at the time of pre-order. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the estimated timeline, you will be notified and may request a full refund.
4. Returns & Refunds
Before shipping
Full refund available at any time before your unit ships. No questions asked.
After delivery
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. All units are covered by a 90-day hardware warranty from date of delivery.
Change of mind
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the device is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
5. Warranty
Every pipbip device comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications to hardware or firmware.
