Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy covers the pipbip device and its associated services, operated by Esper Deck. pipbip is built on a fundamental principle: your data stays on your device. This policy explains what information we collect in the context of purchasing and using pipbip, and what stays entirely on your hardware.

1. On-Device Data

pipbip processes all data locally. By design, we do not have access to:

  • — Your queries, prompts, or agent interactions
  • — Files, media, or documents on the device
  • — On-device model inputs or outputs
  • — OpenClaw skill data or execution logs
  • — Location data, radio activity, or offline maps usage
  • — Any API keys or credentials you configure (BYOK)

No telemetry, analytics, crash reports, or usage data is transmitted from pipbip to Esper servers. The device operates fully offline if configured to do so.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information only in the context of purchase, shipping, and support:

  • Contact information — name and email provided when you pre-order or contact us.
  • Billing information — payment details processed through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Shipping information — delivery address for device orders.
  • Support communications — messages related to support requests you initiate.

3. Third-Party Integrations

pipbip supports optional third-party integrations including LLM providers (via BYOK), OpenClaw community skills, and external APIs. When you use these integrations, data may be sent to third-party servers as required by those services. This happens directly from your device to the third party. Esper does not intermediate, log, or have access to this traffic. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • — Process and fulfill your pre-order or order
  • — Send shipping and milestone updates
  • — Provide technical support
  • — Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

All communications with Esper are encrypted in transit. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Order and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for compliance. Support communications are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • — Access the personal information we hold about you
  • — Request correction of inaccurate information
  • — Request deletion of your personal data
  • — Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • — Data portability
